An excellent stay and a truly memorable experience. The front desk team was professional, honest, and very cooperative. The gate staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, offering warm greetings and genuine hospitality that reflects authentic Arabian warmth. Housekeeping was outstanding — the room was cleaned within an hour after placing the service request, which shows great efficiency and attention to guest comfort. I also appreciated the thoughtful gesture from the Rooms Manager, who personally checked on me when the “Do Not Disturb” sign remained on my door for two days. This reflects genuine care for guest safety and well-being. I had hoped for a room with a view due to my extended stay of more than a week, but this did not affect my overall excellent experience. Highly recommended, especially for Saudi guests and those who appreciate warm and welcoming hospitality. The only suggestion would be to consider a lower refundable deposit. I will definitely stay here again.

24 hours in the Marriott park lane - just perfect. I’m a really bad sleeper but the bed was SO COMFORTABLE!! The room was outstanding in every way! We both used the pool and the steam room and it was clean and fresh minty smell. Walking into the hotel again beautiful with fresh flowers. Thank you team!

Great place to stay in London. It’s right next to the Central line and very close to Hyde Park, which makes getting around the city really easy. Perfect whether you’re visiting for business or just in London as a tourist

Marriott Park Lane – underwhelming for the price Overall, it was just ok, and not quite what you’d expect for the price point or a supposed five-star hotel. The entrance lacks any sense of arrival — it genuinely feels like walking into someone’s private home rather than a luxury hotel on Park Lane. Service across the board was adequate with the standout being the Executive Lounge. The lounge staff were excellent — attentive, professional, and consistently pleasant. Room service and amenities delivery were also exceptional. Every time I called for extra items, they arrived within 10 minutes without fail, which is honestly the best turnaround I’ve experienced at any hotel. The room itself was very spacious, which is a plus. However, the bed headboard was worn and chapped, and the pillows were terrible. I requested a firm pillow, which was provided, but after a few days housekeeping inexplicably swapped it out again. Bathroom toiletries were by Penhaligon’s, which is a nice brand, but the scent was overwhelmingly strong — very old-man cologne. I asked if alternative toiletries were available (understandably not), so I ended up buying my own from the pharmacy across the street. Housekeeping was hit and miss. At times amenities weren’t replenished, which doesn’t align with five-star expectations. The hotel also uses very unbearable heavy scenting throughout; combined with occasional hallway smells that suggested guests had been smoking, it became unpleasant at times. The location is excellent, but in London that’s almost a given — transport is so convenient that location alone doesn’t justify the premium. Would I stay again? No.

We stayed at the Marriott Park Lane for 7 nights before heading to Scotland. My friend had some business in London, and we also wanted a nice break — this hotel definitely helped with that. Starting with the staff, because I think they’re what truly shape your whole experience: they were simply amazing. Everyone was welcoming, smiling, and full of positive energy — from the moment you arrive at the entrance, to the reception, the concierge, and even staff you happen to meet in the hallways. Their attitude really stands out. The room itself was nicely spaced compared to most London hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The bed was medium comfortable, and the bathroom had a bidet, which for us was a big plus. We received complimentary water every day, turndown chocolates, and even desserts twice during our stay — a gesture we genuinely appreciated. The hotel isn’t big and the lobby is quite small, but the location is excellent — right at the corner of Park Lane and Oxford Street, with both bus stops and subway stations just steps away. The downsides: the room felt a bit worn out from heavy use, and the shower was quite tight. And in terms of value for money, the hotel is definitely on the expensive side.

It was a nice and cozy stay. We stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed our time. The staff were friendly, the breakfast choices and variety were excellent, and the location is very strategic—close to the town and public transport, yet quiet and offering plenty of privacy.

We only had 18 hour unplanned layover in London due to flight delays and rerouting. What a great hotel to rest after an exhausting journey. Konstandina was very friendly and helpful to check us in. Due to the elite status, we were upgraded to a suite on 3rd floor, away from the street noise. The room is impeccable, clean and comfortable. The hotel is medium size but it feels luxurious and boutique. The location is amazing, right across from Hyde Park. Plenty of taxis outside to take you around, London cabs are the best. The executive lounge offers great selections for breakfast. Ahmed is very attentive and helpful, keeping everything nice and clean. We will definitely stay here again.
